How did you start competing?
I started competing after sustaining a neck injury playing football in college.
How long have you been competing?
I have been competing for 5 years.
What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?
Placing Top 5 in the middleweights at NPC Nationals 2017.
What are your favorite foods to eat?
Burgers, French fries, sushi, Philly cheesesteaks!
What do you like to do outside of the Gym?
Reading, watching movies, going on hikes, spending time with my family and my dog’s.

My dad and my mom.

I have my masters in communication and public relations
