How did you start competing?
My first powerlifting meet was in November 2012, and I have my first Classic bodybuilding show planned for August 11 of this year.
How long have you been competing?
Almost 6 years in powerlifting, but I have yet to step on stage as a physique athlete.
What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?
Winning my first major meet (Boss of Bosses 3) was a big highlight, but I think winning the first invite-only US Open was my proudest moment.
What are your favorite foods to eat?
Mostly healthy foods: chicken, oats, peanut butter, Ezekiel bread, salmon, eggs. My favorite cheat is probably Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a gallon of almond milk.
What do you like to do outside of the Gym?
I love to read and I watch Jeopardy! religiously
