How did you start competing?
Walked into a local APF meet on base and signed up as a novice on the spot, competed in shorts and a t-shirt and have been hooked since.
How long have you been competing?
Since August 2011
What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?
Winning the 2021 Kern US Open and setting 2 all time world records there with an 881 Squat and 2199lb total.

Ribeye Steaks, Crawfish Étouffée and Pizza
