Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS. The shipping time is typically 1-4 business days, depending on your region. However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.

Please be sure to double-check your shipping information before the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped with incorrect shipping information (ie. the address is spelled incorrectly or incorrect apartment number is listed).

Here are some examples of shipping time frames:

California to Las Vegas - 1 business day

California to Texas - 2 business days

California to Florida - 3 business days

California to New York - 3 business days

 Shipping is weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page.

Express Priority Mail - 1 to 2 Day Shipping:

Express Mail orders must be placed before 2:30pm or they will ship out the next business day. Express orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please note that 1-2 Days does not include the processing time in our warehouse, but the shipping timeframe which is the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your doorstep. 

Express orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days before 3:00pm. If an Express order doesn't arrive in the guaranteed time frame, you may file a claim with USPS with your tracking number. Once the claim is processed and the refund is given to us, we will apply the refund on Express shipping to you.

International Orders

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

For International shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail International (typically 4-7 business days), and USPS First Class Mail International (typically 7-21 business days). Please note: Orders shipped via First Class Mail are not insured by USPS and have limited tracking. Iron Rebel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims must be processed with the USPS. Orders shipped via Priority Mail are insured by USPS have tracking from our warehouse to your doorstep. Additional details regarding lost/stolen packages are below.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Iron Rebel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders shipped via Priority Mail provide up to $50 insurance in the event the USPS loses/damages your order, and you can contact them with your tracking number to get reimbursement. If package is stolen after delivery, there is no recourse. 

RETURNS

Wraps/Straps: You may return any wrist wraps, knee wraps or lifting straps within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked! We stand behind our products 100% and if you don't like what you purchased you may return to us within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Products must be unaltered and in original condition, with minor wear and tear. 

Knee and Elbow Sleeves: You may return unused/unworn sleeves within 30 days of purchase. 

Apparel: Unworn apparel may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: Please include your Iron Rebel Order receipt in your return/exchange package. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return unless a prepaid return shipping label was made for you. We only provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers who have received a defective or incorrect product.

For returns, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment when we receive the merchandise from you. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3-4 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account (the refunds' speed varies with each bank).

For exchanges, please allow 1-2 business days for processing (once we receive the package). Please leave a note in the package and specify which item you would like to exchange for. We will email an invoice to the email on your account for the exchange shipping, and once that is taken care of, we will send the new package to you.
