What is the best way to contact you or reach a representative?

The best and fastest way to reach us is through email at where you will receive a response within 24 hours. While we do have a phone line, our employees are always on the move and handling multiple tasks that take us away from the office and the phone.

It’s been a few days and have not received any info on my order, what's going on?

We normally process orders within 1-2 business days. Once we create a shipping label for your order, we automatically send an email with tracking info to the email provided in the order. Often times these emails are overlooked or sent to the junk mail, so please check there first.

What are typical shipping times with the different options?

We are based in southern California and ship Domestically via USPS and Internationally via USPS/UPS/DHL. Transit times will vary depending on where you live, and holidays and extreme weather can also delay your orders.
First class- 2-5 business days
Priority- 2-3 business days
Express- 1-2 Business days. Orders will not be processed and shipped same day, Express orders will go out the following day
International- 3-7 business days

I need to exchange an item(s). How do I do that?

For exchanges, just send the sleeves back to us and include a note stating your name or order number and what size you wish to exchange for. How do I redeem my Rebel Rewards points?

You can redeem them every 100 points for $10 off. Just login to the Rewards page on the bottom of our Website to login and redeem your points and receive a code to use on a future purchase.
