Sizing Instructions

To ensure the right fit, proper measurement is critical. The Iron Rebel® Compression Elbow Sleeve is available in ½-inch increments for precision sizing.

1. Use a soft measuring tape.

2. Measure around your elbow joint and the largest part of your forearm.

3. Use the larger measurement to determine your size from the chart.

4. Keep your arm relaxed and straight while measuring (not bent or flexed).

Examples:

• Elbow 12.5" / Forearm 13" → Choose 13" sleeve

• Elbow 12.5" / Forearm 12.5" → Choose 12.5" sleeve

For a tighter fit: Select ½" smaller than your largest measurement.

• Example: Elbow 12.5" / Forearm 13" → Choose 12.5" sleeve

Care Instructions

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
